Canary Riverside select DMG Delta for on-site facilities management – again!
For the fourth year running DMG Delta has been awarded the contract to maintain Canary Riverside, a prominent waterside development built in 1998. The site includes 325 luxury flats, six restaurants and cafés, a Virgin Active Fitness Centre, underground parking and the Four Seasons Hotel. Without a doubt, it’s one on London’s most vibrant settings. In all, there are seven buildings serviced by five plant rooms, seven chillers, air handling units, calorifiers, electric perimeter heating and a range of other systems designed to support the development. To ensure the best possible service, we’ve put in place a highly-skilled and qualified resident engineering team to manage and implement a pro-active and extensive maintenance schedule. There’s also a fast response service available at all times from DMG Delta’s skilled mobile engineering staff for any specialised emergency that might arise.
