When DMG Delta were awarded the maintenance package for the energy centre at Paynes and Borthwick Wharf, the impressive site was already partially occupied but still heavily under construction.

The Managing Agent, Michael Laurie Magar, looked to DMG Delta to assist with the review of the handover documentation for the energy centre. Michael Laurie Magar understand the importance for accuracy of this documentation and its value to the safe reliable operation of the plant for the future.

Outcome:
DMG Delta received the installers O&M’s and compiled a comprehensive report on its inclusions, omissions, accuracy and compliance. This report was then passed back to the developer so that amendments could be made prior to the managing agent accepting handover of the plant.
