DMG Delta offer handover assistance for the energy centre serving 257 new apartments in Greenwich
Paynes & Borthwick Wharf is a riverside development providing 257 highly specified one, two and three bedroom apartments in a comprehensively landscaped setting. Sensitively restored listed buildings, a landmark residential tower, art galleries, private gardens, underground car parking, restaurant, 38,000 sq ft commercial and retail space.
When DMG Delta were awarded the maintenance package for the energy centre at Paynes and Borthwick Wharf, the impressive site was already partially occupied but still heavily under construction.
The Managing Agent, Michael Laurie Magar, looked to DMG Delta to assist with the review of the handover documentation for the energy centre. Michael Laurie Magar understand the importance for accuracy of this documentation and its value to the safe reliable operation of the plant for the future.
DMG Delta received the installers O&M’s and compiled a comprehensive report on its inclusions, omissions, accuracy and compliance. This report was then passed back to the developer so that amendments could be made prior to the managing agent accepting handover of the plant.
Since we decided to proceed with the employment of DMG after a competitive tendering process, I have been very impressed with your company, especially the comprehensive report on the issues relating to the plant installed and your physical time on site.
Your assistance in helping to handover of a very complex set of mechanical plant for this development has been invaluable. You and your team have given 110% effort to assisting the smooth handover of this site and I hope this will be the start of a long and fruitful partnership.
