Situation: Cluttons is a renowned and established firm of chartered surveyors, founded in 1765, employing over 500 partners and staff. Cluttons are a limited liability partnership and have offices in the UK, Europe, Middle East, South Africa and the Caribbean, including 20 offices in the UK alone. They offer a wide range of services including property management, consultancy and agency. They serve both the commercial and residential sectors, working for investors and occupiers alike.

DMG Delta has worked with Cluttons for over 10 years and has since established a long and successful working relationship. DMG Delta provides Cluttons with tailored maintenance regimes, suited to their requirements. Cluttons are able to call upon a genuine 24/7 emergency throughout the year.

DMG continue to work closely with the client on all aspects of maintenance for their site portfolio. We are in regular communication with the client, keeping them constantly updated on maintenance and remedial works being carried out. As with other customers, Cluttons also have access to the new client portal whereby they can view copies of job sheets, invoices and the status of current call outs.
