Situation: A valuable community asset serving West Ham and Plaistow, the building was part of a wider regeneration scheme. It required eco sensitive engineering works that used geothermal heating and waters as well as a conserved rainwater irrigation system for the grass roof and internal toilets. In response, DMG Delta carried out a managed planned maintenance schedule that was specifically created to meet the needs of these unique systems. This included all the specialist requirements determined by the installation plant manufacturer and the original systems’ designers.
Outcome: We’ve not only been able to meet our eco targets, but we’ve also been able to deliver services that are increasingly reliable.
