An air conditioning design and installation for office block refurbishment

Situation: In 2002, refurbishment of this 1960s office block began. DMG Delta was brought in to complete the design and installation of a new air conditioning system. The system had to work over five floors and meet the needs of radically different tenants. We created a team of designers, project managers and installation engineers to work closely with the client’s development team. This partnership ensured communication was ongoing. Budgets and timelines were clearly agreed.

Outcome: All work was completed on time and within budget. The project used high quality materials and its success depended on co-ordination and co-operation. Both were achieved through a single point of contact for all communication. The installation is now maintained through a DMG Delta Planned Preventative Maintenance package.
