Heating, ventilation, boiler plant installation and ongoing maintenance for a prestigious London development

Situation: Built in 1936 as a block of fully serviced prestige apartments, Nell Gwynn House now boasts 436 luxury suites. When DMG Delta was contacted, the original hot water boiler plant was increasingly erratic, incurring both operational and maintenance costs. A replacement was necessary. We appointed a multi-disciplinary team of highly skilled engineers, designers and project managers to design and install a new hot water boiler plant. Ongoing building engineering maintenance was also a concern – so DMG Delta took on both contracts.

Outcome: The new boiler is both efficient and reliable. Strong project management and good communication with the client limited service downtime to only one night. A single point of contact helped increase efficiency. Not only does the new installation provide better levels of service, costs for both maintenance and fuel have been reduced.
