Situation: Grosvenor Place is one of London’s most prestigious addresses. The building itself contains ten floors of individually designed office space housing some of the UK’s best-known businesses. The challenge our managers and engineers faced was creating a bespoke maintenance schedule that covered the full range of refrigeration, control, electrical and plant maintenance. Reliability and cost-effectiveness were paramount concerns, as was meeting the needs of tenants with radically different requirements.

Outcome: DMG Delta became the single point of contact. A site survey determined the need for permanent on-site engineers as well as mobile engineers in some service areas. By creating and adhering to a strict maintenance and test schedule as well as responding quickly to any new concerns, we have build an effective partnership. Strong communication has translated into outstanding customer service and optimum engineering performance. Planned repairs and replacement has eliminated disruption to occupants. A combination of permanent and mobile building services maintenance has delivered cost-effective services.
