A building maintenance services partnership that’s stood the test of time

Situation: DMG Delta has provided continuous engineering maintenance support for over 20 years at Eyre Court, a high-quality residential mansion block with one, two, three and four-bedroom flats.  Our contract began with maintenance cover for the old boiler and continued through the installation works when the building needed a new boiler and hot water plant as well as mechanical service and maintenance to meet new design criteria.  We work closely with the property manager and his team to ensure efficiency and streamline maintenance programmes.

Outcome: The result is reliable and trouble-free services for the entire complex. From a business perspective, we’ve been able to achieve a significant reduction in energy use and operating costs for our client. We plan to continue to provide high-quality services that reduce costs and improve performance.
