Fix it first time

When we send an engineer to your building or site, he or she is fully equipped to complete the job at hand – and they’re trained to stay with a job until the work is finished and any problems are solved. We call this our fix-it-first-time policy. Getting the job done during the first call-out saves time and resources in the long run. If there’s an emergency, our engineers and customer service team work together to ensure that an engineer arrives within two hours. And, he or she will take the same approach to the fix-it-first-time initiative.

The power of good documentation

Quality doesn’t just happen; it’s the result of good planning and training. We ask all our engineers to submit reports from their hand-held Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) that are immediately saved in our logging system. That information is visible to our service team.

We take an equally careful approach to providing you with written quotes. By looking at your circumstances carefully, we’re able to complete an accurate appraisal and an accurate quote. Our contracts also reflect our respect for legal diligence and good customer relations. By managing the details and resources, we give our customers the services they want – without any surprises.
